Organic vegetables were carefully prepared and grown at El-Zeini Farms on the Alexandria Desert Road. They were irrigated with filtered water using German technology to remove salts or unwanted compounds, and the water temperature was controlled (which allows not to use any unwanted chemicals in the cultivation process).
