Our beef bones bring you a good level of flesh to bone in order to create homemade stocks, soups, and broths, with plenty of natural aroma and delicate fragrance to enhance home cooking. Sourced from our heritage breed beef herds, these beef bones are increasingly in demand as a base to a bowl of heartwarming bone broth. Ordinarily reserved for the restaurant trade, these prime bones make for discerning home cooking.


Place the beef bones in a large stockpot and pour water over until they are completely submerged. Roughly chop a couple of carrots, onions and celery, and add to the pan. Pour in a little apple cider vinegar. Bring the pan to the boil. Once it has reached a vigorous boil, reduce to a simmer and gently cook for 8 hours. After 8 hours remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool slightly. Strain through a fine muslin to remove any debris. Decant into containers and leave in the fridge for up to 7 days, or freeze for later use.  


Note that: The actual exact weight of the order would be after cutting and packing, the total charge may be increased or decreased slightly, so the checkout would be an approximate charge till the exact weight occurred.
